Sam Walczak (Mischa Barton) is dispatched to supervise the demolition of an apartment home after finally securing her first contract from her family's demolition firm, only to discover a group of occupants still residing in the condemned building. Jimmy (Cameron Bright), one of these tenants, tells Sam about an urban legend about a serial killer who used to live in the building and entombed his victims in the walls. Worse, the residents claim that the dead are still harassing them.
