"Genius" inadvertently invents "goo," which causes living organisms to rapidly grow to huge proportions. Some juvenile delinquents, seeing an opportunity to become wealthy, take the "goo" and, as a consequence of a juvenile dare, ingest it and grow to thirty feet in height. They subsequently seize control of the town by kidnapping the sheriff's daughter and engaging in provocative dancing.
