A group of attractive young people (of course) awaken to find themselves trapped in a mysterious house with no way out. They are each outfitted with new accouterments—electronic devices attached to the base of their skulls—and a recording on a television screen alerts them to their task. They must inflict harm on themselves and each other in order to flee. The devices collect the chemicals produced by the brain when in pain, and when a predetermined amount is collected, the doors are opened. If it is not completed on time, everyone will perish.
