Veronika Voss
Veronika Voss, a German cinema star in Munich in 1955, becomes addicted to morphine at the hands of a fraudulent doctor, Dr. Marianne Katz. Veronika dreams of a comeback after meeting sports writer Robert Krohn. Veronika begins to carefully plan her comeback to the screen as the couple's connection intensifies, only to realize how crippled she has become due to her drug habit.
