A homeless dad roams the countryside seeking vengeance for his son's murder at the hands of an unknown gang. After settling in a new town, he finds himself caught in a metropolis engulfed in anarchy, its inhabitants firmly in the clutches of a merciless criminal leader peddling the mind-bending narcotic "El Ultimo Aire." This man is a legend, a hit man, a killer of murderers, and he is affectionately referred to as "Toro Loco." He fights punks, crackheads, and tough guys with his trademark shooter, a Smith & Wesson34-1, but that is irrelevant if you take it away from him. Toro Loco possesses an additional lethal weapon: his hands! Toro Loco has arrived, and the fucking lucky ones will be the first to perish!
