Jimmy Tong, a former cab driver who now works as a chauffeur, discovers that working for playboy millionaire Clark Devlin has actually just one rule: You are not allowed to touch Devlin's beloved tuxedo. However, when Devlin is temporarily rendered unable to work as a result of an explosive mishap, Jimmy puts on the tuxedo and quickly realizes that this unusual garment may be more black belt than black tie. Jimmy, who is just as unskilled as his buddy, is recruited to work as a covert spy without his knowledge.
