The Rounders
Two cowboys, Ben (Glenn Ford) and Marion (Henry Fonda), struggle to make a life breaking untamed horses in this Western drama. Eventually, their regular boss Jim (Chill Wills), who always seems to have the upper hand, convinces them to accept a plain horse in lieu of some of their earnings. When Ben discovers that the horse is unrideable, he comes up with the brilliant idea of taking it to a rodeo and wagering that the other cowhands will be unable to ride the horse.
