A sleazy, low-rent Hollywood cabaret owner has a real soft spot for the women who strip in his peep shows and the people who keep the place clean. It's also been proven that he's a big gambler, which has led to him getting in trouble before. Whenever Cosmo loses a lot of money at an underground casino run by a mobster named Mort, he doesn't have the money to pay back.
