Amy, a disobedient adolescent, defies her parents by attending a trashy carnival that has recently arrived in town. Liz and Richie are accompanying her along with her boyfriend, Buzz. They decide to spend the night in the campy "Funhouse" horror attraction, where they witness a murder committed by a disfigured worker who is wearing a mask. Amy and her companions are trapped in the carnival and must escape before it departs town the following day.
