The Experts
In this comedy-drama, Travis and Wendell are two down-on-their-luck New Yorkers who believe they're traveling from New York to Nebraska in order to build a nightclub. However, they are unaware that they have been seized by a KGB officer and flown to the Soviet Union, where they would inadvertently serve as "experts" on all things hip and happening in the United States. The settlement, which was built specifically for KGB spies-in-training, is intended to serve as a training ground for Soviet spies in the field. The Soviet spies are curious as to what these two unfortunate Americans can possibly teach them, and whether or not they will ever realize they are not actually in Nebraska.
