The Congressman
Charlie Winship, a Maine congressman, is having a horrible day. Because of his failure to perform the Pledge of Allegiance as required by law, he is forced to defend himself in front of his enraged ex-wife and to defend himself against media accusations of insulting a patriotic symbol. To save himself, Charlie takes a journey to a distant island in the Atlantic where eccentric people are engaged in a gun battle over their fishing grounds.
