The Cleansing Hour
Drew and Max, millennial entrepreneurs, host a webcast that broadcasts live exorcisms that are, in fact, cleverly planned hoaxes. They have their comeuppance, however, when today's actress inexplicably becomes possessed by a real demon, who keeps the crew captive. To make matters worse, Lane, Drew's fiancée, is the possessed victim. The demon subjected Max to a series of harsh and humiliating tasks in front of a rapidly rising global audience in order to punish him for his online farce. Meanwhile, in a quest to save the love of his life, Drew realizes that the demon's terrible aim is not just vengeance, but also to disclose the dark secrets that he, Max, and Lane have been keeping from one another. With only the show clock left, it's only a matter of time before the truth is exposed or the demon forces them to meet their demise.
