The Chumscrubber is a dark comedy about the lives of people who live in upper-class suburbs. Dean Stiffle finds the dead body of his friend Troy. This is where everything starts. He doesn't bother telling anyone older because he knows they won't care. Everyone in the town is too worried about themselves to care about anything else. And everyone takes some sort of drug just to get through the day.
