The Big Heat
Dave Bannion is an honest police officer who fears that a nasty gang is wielding influence over the force. It's only until a fellow officer commits suicide and his other officers' strange quiet that Bannion realizes that the gangsters are paying them. A bomb that was supposed to murder Bannion's wife instead kills the gangster's ex-girlfriend Debbie, who joins him in his quest for justice and vengeance. In order to uncover the truth, Bannion and Debbie must resort to any and all means necessary (even murder) as they sink deeper and deeper into the Gangland's cunning and brutal web of manipulation.
