Donald, who is selling ice cream, is constantly interfering with Mickey's efforts to conduct a performance of The William Tell Overture by playing Turkey in the Straw on a seemingly unlimited supply of flutes. Mickey is trying to lead a concert of The William Tell Overture. As soon as Donald quits up, a bee arrives and causes his own version of the chaos. The band eventually gets to the Storm sequence, and at the same time, the weather begins to become worse; eventually, a tornado arrives, but they continue to perform.
