After one by one, Jimmie is seeing the unions of his single buddies. He isn't really concerned until his girlfriend Anne receives the bouquet at his friend Marco's wedding reception. His days as a wild mustang are suddenly over. Once he's decided on proposing to her, he puts his foot in his mouth and completely botches the whole thing! Anne leaves town on a job assignment after being insulted by the defeatist proposition. After she's gone, he discovers that his recently-deceased grandfather's will states that he receives nothing from his multi-million dollar inheritance unless he marries by 6:05 p.m. on his 30th birthday, which is tomorrow! Having failed to locate Anne, Jimmie goes back through his former relationships in search of a suitable wife.
