The Adventure of Denchu-Kozo
Hikari is a little boy who is ridiculed and teased by his classmates at school because he has an unusual feature: an electricity pole sprouting out of his back. However, a girl named Momo, one of his classmates, comes to his aid. Hikari expresses his gratitude by giving her his most prized possession: a time machine. He then starts the time machine, which sends him 25 years into the future, into a gloomy, dismal world. There, he meets members of the Shinsengumi Vampire Gang who are on the lookout for a woman named Dr. Sariba, who turns out to be Momo's future self. She tells Hikari she's been waiting for his arrival from the past and that he must save the planet alone.
