In an animatronic Tyrannosaurus, a malicious scientist implants the brain of Michael, a slain high school student. He manages to elude capture, exact retribution on his high school tormentors, and reunite with his high school sweetheart, Tammy. Together, the couple tries to stay one step ahead of the crazy scientist and the authorities while also attempting to find a more suitable vessel for Michael's brain.
