Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut
General Zod (Terence Stamp) and his minions are unintentionally released from their outer-space confinement and threaten to destroy Earth, just as Superman (Christopher Reeve) resolves to give up his superpowers in order to marry Lois Lane (Margot Kidder). This alternate version of the movie is based on footage shot by director Richard Donner before he was replaced on the project, and it includes content not seen in the original 1980 release.
