Eileen is 22 years old and has yet to recover from her separation with Russ. She visits her brother, Adam, an airline pilot, in New York. Eileen confides in her brother that she believes she is the world's sole 22-year-old virgin. Adam assures her that sex isn't something all guys seek and that he hasn't been sleeping around. Of course, Adam is lying and is after a tryst with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Mona. However, Adam's rendezvous with Mona is disrupted by a succession of work-related issues. Meanwhile, Eileen decides to visit New York to see if she can have some fun on her own, and she appears to have found the perfect match in Mike, a man she meets on the bus. However, things become more complicated when Russ shows up with a proposal and a faulty assumption.
