Even though Kevin has shown his trusted psychiatrist, Dr. Fletcher, evidence of all 23 of his identities, there is one more personality that is still dormant that is going to emerge and take control of all the others. As the walls that separate Kevin's various compartments begin to crumble, he is compelled to kidnap three teenage girls, led by the defiant and perceptive Casey. This sets off a battle for survival not only within Kevin, but also among all of those who are contained within him and everyone else in the surrounding area.
