Sorority House Massacre

A young girl's brother murders the entire family except for her (she escapes by hiding in the basement). He is dedicated, and she grows up with a new family, eventually attending college and joining a sorority. She doesn't remember the sorority house being her childhood home because of a memory lapse. Her brother detects her presence in the house and flees to finish the job he was unable to finish.
