Sometimes a Great Notion

Hank Stamper and his father, Henry, run the family company in Oregon, which involves cutting and shipping logs. The town is enraged when they continue to work despite the fact that the town is bankrupt, and other loggers go on strike, forcing the Stampers to stop, but Hank insists on pushing his family to cut more trees. Hank's wife wishes he'd stop and spend more time with him. More problems arises when Hank's half-brother Leland joins the company.
