Chris Kenner, an American with a Japanese upbringing, works as a police officer in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Little Tokyo. Kevin is teamed with a man named Johnny Murata, who is a Japanese-American who has lost touch with his heritage. No matter how much they differ in personality, both men are accomplished martial artists. They put their tremendous abilities to use when they face Yoshida, a nasty yakuza drug dealer who has connections to Kenner's past.
