Mr. Hoppy is a retiring senior citizen who lives alone in an apartment complex. He has been secretly in love with Mrs. Silver, a woman who lives below him, for many years. Mr. Hoppy frequently leans over his balcony and engages Mrs. Silver in polite conversation, but he is too shy to express his feelings.
