Ami (Hina Nagimiya) and Yoshie (Hanakage Kanon), who sold their bodies to aid their parents and now live in the lawless Ishinari District in a Japan of the future, struggle to make a livelihood as an idol trio by performing around the neighborhood. As a result of their performance, a stranger named Matsukata (played by Tak Sakaguchi), who is known for being a notorious hitman, notices their condition, and the three of them come to the conclusion that they need each other in order to defeat Aoyama Dharma (played by Kimono Negishi), the female boss of a notorious organ harvesting ring in the region. After coming to the conclusion that even their skills cannot compete with her army of goons and minions, the two decide to become the ultimate murderers by arming themselves with specially crafted weaponry that is attached to their bodies.
