Jack Casey ('Kevin Bacon') was a high-flying financial market whiz kid in his youth. His life in the fast lane is finished after a bad career choice. He loses his nerve and joins a speed delivery company that uses bicycles to bypass San Francisco's traffic bottlenecks. He falls in love with a fellow cyclist, Terri, and befriends Hector, a rising entrepreneur. Can Jack reclaim his nerve and self-esteem and re-establish a more stable foundation for his life?
