An insolent pickpocket named Skip McCoy accidentally starts a chain of events in New York City when he steals the wallet of an ex-porn star named Candy. Candy doesn't know that she has been giving the communists highly classified information. She is sent by her ex-boyfriend, Joey, to find Skip and get the valuable microfilm he now has. Candy has been trailed by the FBI for months in an attempt to catch the spy ringleader.
