Persecuted
The last impediment to sweeping religious reform in the United States is John Luther, a nationally acclaimed evangelist. An unprecedented era of persecution begins when a US Senator and Luther's own supporters kidnap and frame him for the murder of an innocent teenage girl. Luther is released on personal recognizance and goes in search of the truth. And then, all of a sudden, a once-normal life is being pursued by a team of ex-military operatives who are on a never-ending mission to destroy the incriminating evidence. As a fugitive evangelist, Luther vows to expose anyone involved in or profiting from the girl's murder, a mission that brings him face to face with the impending storm of persecution that will threaten the entire Christian community in America.
