After serving in Brazil, former Green Beret Louis Stevens goes home to Miami to find his old high school a sanctuary for gangs and drug traffickers. A former student of Stevens' witnesses the influence Stevens has on kids as he uses his capoeira talents to evict several drug dealers from school grounds. A handful of the school's most at-risk children are assigned to him by Kerrigan.
