After his capture for the attempted assassination of the Raikage, leader of Kumogakure, as well as killing Jnin from Kirigakure and Iwagakure, Naruto is imprisoned in Hzukijou, a criminal containment facility also known as the Blood Prison. This occurs after Naruto is responsible for killing Jnin from both Kirigakure and Iwagakure. Naruto first becomes aware that an attempt has been made on his life when Mui, the master of the castle, employs the most extreme form of incarceration in order to rob the captives of their power.
