Move Over, Darling
They've been married for three years and have two young girls at home in Los Angeles when their plane crashes in the South Pacific. Although the majority of passengers make it out alive, Ellen is believed to have drowned when her lifeboat capsizes, and no trace of her remains has ever been found. It's been five years since the last time we spoke. Nicky wants to be able to go on with his life, so he has Ellen legally proclaimed dead. In order to move on, he plans to remarry, this time to Bianca Steele, a young woman whom he hopes to take on their honeymoon to the same Monterrey resort where he and Ellen honeymooned. This exact day, the Navy rescues Ellen from a South Pacific island, where she had been stranded for five years. They deliver her to Los Angeles. To protect Nicky's privacy, she requests that the Navy not announce her rescue to the public or alert Nicky.
