Monsieur Papa is a heartwarming look at a modern family through the eyes of Marius Vallois, a 12-year-old boy. Marius Vallois, the son of a successful CEO, was born into an affluent household. Marie is devoted to her kid, but Marius suffers terribly because he has never met his father. Marie decides to hire a father figure for Marius after he starts shoplifting and doing poorly in school. She meets Robert Pique one day in her workplace building. Despite having a degree in economics, Robert earns money by ironing his neighbors' clothes. Robert initially refuses to meet Marius, but eventually accepts the payment and claims to be the boy's father. Marius recognizes right on that Robert is not his biological father, but a strong attachment forms between him and Robert very quickly.
