When pornographer Pablo regretfully ends his relationship with Juan, he encourages him to maintain contact. Juan relocates to a lighthouse and ultimately writes to his ex, but Pablo has hooked up with a psychotic new lover, Antonio, in the interim. Antonio intercepts their correspondence and erupts in a passion, scaring Pablo but inspiring him to write a play about his transsexual sister.
