Scamp, the mischievous dog who lives with Lady and Tramp, gets tired of all the rules and restrictions that come with being part of a family. He wants to be wild and free. He runs away from home and joins a group of stray dogs called the "Junkyard Dogs" on the streets. The leader of the pack, Buster, doesn't like the "house-dog" right away and sees him as a threat. Angel, who is the same age as Scamp and lives in a junkyard, wants to be safe and comfortable like Scamp, so the two become fast friends.
