Jimmy Kilmartin is an ex-con residing in Astoria, Queens, with his wife Bev and their children. A police officer named Calvin Hart is hurt after Jimmy's cousin Ronnie causes him to be arrested for illegally transporting stolen vehicles. A local mafia boss dubbed Little Junior Brown is requested to help him get out of jail. Jimmy remarries and reconnects with his child. But Detective Hart sends him undercover to work with Junior and penetrate his operations. Jimmy's life becomes much more difficult after Little Junior kills an undercover federal investigator in front of Jimmy. Junior must be defeated or face the consequences.
