Khuda Haafiz
Following a job loss due to the 2008 recession, Sameer Chaudhary and his wife Nargis struggle to make a livelihood and, after three months, are successful when they find work in the Middle East in a place known as Noman. Due to a delay in the delivery of documents, Sameer remains in India, while Nargis travels to Noman, where she is kidnapped while she begs for aid over the phone to Sameer. Sameer eventually returns to India. Sameer, enraged and helpless, travels to Noman and joins forces with a local cab driver in order to locate Nargis before it is too late.
