The year is2045, and the ongoing drug war between the United States and Mexico has wreaked havoc. Due to unethical business methods, Gear Side International, a robotics engineering firm, loses a multibillion dollar government contract. They sell their technology to the Malvado cartel on the underground market when they are on the verge of going bankrupt. In the hands of the wrong people, powerful military robots technology. It is used to the cartel's advantage, with enforcers, hit men, and troops being replaced. The cartel eventually grows into a significant menace to the US.
