Corporal Evan Albright enlisted in the elite Marine Corps Security Guards in order to save the world and witness action—not necessarily in that order. However, his first mission, guarding a United States Embassy in an apparently secure Middle Eastern capital, relegates his squad to wrangling "gate groupies" protesting outside the compound and perfecting their marksmanship through video games. Albright and his crew are so taken aback when well-armed and well-trained terrorists conduct a surprise attack on the embassy, intended at assassinating an informant. They will have to summon all their courage and firepower as their once routine assignment devolves into all-out combat.
