Another bad-taste Braindead movie comes from the realm of early Peter Jackson. It's the third day of filming on location in the New Zealand bush for the low-budget horror film 'Tonight They Come.' When a new runner, want tobe scriptwriter Wesley Pennington, enters the fray, director SMP is already exhausted from working with a self-obsessed leading man and a bimbo actress. Wesley, despite being an accident-prone nerd, does his hardest to blend in with the frantic cast and crew while falling in love with Susan, the set caterer. However, something awful has infiltrated the local water system, and the zombie extras begin to act like real zombies, gore stunts get even more realistic, and actual severed limbs fly. Wesley tries to salvage the day while also securing the production of his latest script.
