Because of her aggressive disposition, Narumi (Nahana) murdered her coworker and sentenced her to prison. Narumi gets released from prison after serving her sentence and returns to the town where she grew up. It is Narumi who travels to the home of her younger brother Kei (Kuniaki Nakamura). Narumi's parents died in an accident when she was a young child, and Kei is the only one she can rely on now. When Narumi discovers Kei and his girlfriend Kana (Keiko Sugawara) living together peacefully, she makes the decision to return her brother to his family in the United States. Narumi confesses a long-held secret that she and Kei have been keeping from one another.
