Healey's Hideaway
A documentary about the infamous Jeff Healey Club in downtown Toronto, Canada, which debuted in 2001 and closed in 2008. The film chronicles the history of the Jeff Healey club, the A-list musicians that performed there from all over the world, and, of course, Jeff's incredible talent as a blind musician who never let his condition prevent him from doing what he loved most-music. With interviews with Cristie Healey, Randy Bachman, Burton Cummings, and Ronnie Hawkins, as well as rare live performance footage from the club featuring Jeff Healey, The Jeff Healey Blues Band, Ian Gillan, Jimmy Bowskill, and Watermelon Slim, among others.
