Filmmaker Helmut Deimel has released his latest film, which is based on the wildest era in rallying's history, thirty years after the conclusion of Group B rallying. To create "Riding Balls of Fire," the legendary director of "Evolution of Rallying" has gathered the best archive video of 500 horsepower Group B supercars in their peak for a film that will be released in the fall of 2012. The tremendous rate of advancement of the cars and the sport throughout the three short years between 1983 and 1986 is clearly demonstrated by watching this footage.
