Flavia and Fabio's bodies are discovered on the dockside in Venice. He was stabbed with a large pair of scissors and she drowned. Flavia's best friend, Marzia, is questioned by the police, and a chain of murders begins. A prostitute is stabbed in the crotch; Marzia's lover is shot in the kneecaps before being doused in gasoline and set on fire; and Marzia herself is tied to a kitchen table and dismembered before being stuffed in a fridge.
