Robert Kenner, a documentary filmmaker, analyzes how enormous corporations have taken over the whole food chain in the United States, from the farms where our food is grown to the stores where it is sold. The film is narrated by author and activist Eric Schlosser and includes interviews with normal Americans regarding their dietary habits, criticism from food specialists such as Michael Pollan, and horrific imagery recorded inside major animal processing plants.
