White Tiger, a short-tempered and vicious criminal, is on the run from the police and joins a theater troupe for disguise. He kills anyone who gets on his bad side or who realizes he is not who he claims to be. Mousy, a cowardly laundry man, is one of the people that he unsuccessfully tries to kill multiple times. Mousy, however, is able to escape most of the time by running and hiding. Mousy gets over his fear long enough to go after the White Tiger after the latter is responsible for the death of a very close friend of Mousy's. The film is highlighted by its incredible displays of martial arts and gymnastics, one of which is a skirmish that is expertly choreographed and features two groups of men dressed as dragons.
