Double Tap
Rick Pang (Leslie Cheung) is an IPSC champion and a gun expert who modifies his pistols to perfect his "double tap" technique, which involves putting two shots in the same exact spot. In the 1996 IPSC Hong Kong shooting competition, he goes up against an experienced shooter named Miu (Alex Fong). Unfortunately, the competition was ruined by a depressed stock trader friend of Miu who had lost a lot of money on the stock market and threatened the safety of the contest by hurting the IPSC supervisor, who was also a friend of Miu. Rick was forced to kill him with his signature double tap. Rick found this strangely exciting, and he realizes he wants to kill people in cold blood.
