Karina Foley, a 12-year-old girl who wants to be a police officer, gets into a police investigation of the Badge Bandit, which is led by a veteran detective named Mark Simmons. Simmons doesn't like that Karina works with him to stop the Badge Bandit from doing more damage to the city. They save the day with humor, skill, and green smoothies.
