The Rumpo Kid and his crew have taken control of Stodge City. Once again, mistaken identity plays a role, as Marshal P. Knutt, a'sanitary engineer,' is mistaken for a law marshal. Marshal, being the conscientious type, attempts to assist the people in removing Rumpo, and a showdown is unavoidable.
