Candyflip
Goa, one of the world's major party and holiday destinations, receives countless people every year. When the season is done, the majority of them return. Few chose to linger in Goa's incandescent, colorful, hallucinogenic coastlines, diving deeper into a hippy hangover. Some get so deep at the wrong end of paradise that they are lost forever, in the same spot, but in a different universe. The film follows a real-life guy, Roy, through a variety of Goan happenings, phenomena, legends, myths, sights, sounds, sensations, and amazing stories. What happens to the protagonist along his bittersweet, darkly funny, wild, hallucinogenic adventure and at the end weaves the half-fictional/half-real story of CandyFlip.
